Insulation pins are used to secure insulation materials by piercing them with a metal spindle. Also known as hanger pins, they come in two main types: weldable and non-weldable. Weldable pins are fixed to metal surfaces using stud welding, while non-weldable pins are bonded with adhesive and come with a perforated or self-adhesive base.
A self-locking washer is pressed onto the pin to hold the insulation firmly in place. Rockwood supplies a wide range of insulation pins in Saudi Arabia. Options are available in stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper-coated mild steel, and nylon—suitable for various surfaces and application methods.
