On demande, filter cartridge with pneumatic cleaning: cartridges are IFA/BGIA M-PES/EX EXAM certified cartridges. The compressed air enables cleaning to backwash and subjects the filter media to a high-frequency oscillatory motion. The PLC installed inside of the power switchboard determines the cartridge cleaning time and ensures the state of filtration efficiency at maximum levels at all times.

CLEAN OIL 100 is a three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner, engineered to remove oil sludge and shavings from the CNC machines. The internal metal basket permits the separation of the sludge from the coolants. Compact and user-friendly is the right vacuum cleaner to be used in narrow spaces.
CLEAN OIL 100 is equipped with 4HP Siemens maintenance-free side channel blower, and with the “reverse-flow” to refill the filtered oil through 3 m of flexible hose and an ergonomic pistol suitable for any kind of transfer.

RAM 280-RAM 500-RAM 1000
RAM is the right three-phase industrial vacuum that allows to vacuum and separating fluids from debris, filtering emulsions and blowing them back in the tooling machine. DEPURECO uses a “reverse air flow” system generated by the same turbine installed in the machine. This smart solution, used by DEPURECO only, involves the elimination of any additional maintenance and problematic risks arising from the clogging of a second pump used for the transfer of liquids.
Fitted as standard with: micro –pierced stainless steel carbon basket, TNT second stage filtration for a filtration of 300 micron that allows fluids (oil, emulsions) to remain on the lower part of the collecting tank, electrical level indicator that immediately stops the Unit as the maximum oil level is reached in the container. Available in three different sizes: 280 lts., 500 lts. and 1000 lts. RAM, thanks to the standard accessories included: flexible hose, conic lance and discharging valve for fluid refilling, gives the Customer a great advantage in cost reduction for the oil and coolant purchase.
