These machines are used for cutting nozzle openings and beveled or straight holes in pressure vessels and large diameter pipes. They're ideal for fabrication shops handling tanks, vessels, and heavy pipework.

Our circle burners and nozzle welders (from CWI) can cut beveled holes from 1½" to 42" diameter and straight (square cut) holes from 4" to 42". The cutting path is controlled by a mechanical cam, which adjusts based on the vessel and nozzle size. Setup is quick and easy using a magnetic base with on/off locking. A center pointer aligns the tool to the exact cut location, and the torch can be angled for beveling using a built-in scale.

This machine automatically adjusts to surface curvature as it cuts, ensuring smooth and accurate results. It's suitable for oxy-fuel cutting and supports manual torch positioning with automated movement control.
